How it works

  • Step 3

    Secure your spot. Pay a $50 deposit to get the process started.

  • Step 4

    I'll paint your piece with the same care and intention I put into every painting I make.

  • Step 5

    Receive progress updates along the way so you're never left wondering.

  • Step 6

    Once complete, I'll send photos for your approval. Only pay the balance if you're happy with the final result.

Price

Pricing is based on the canvas size you choose and your location. Please contact me with more details for a quote.

Customization Limits

You are choosing a pre-existing design in which you'll be able to customize a few aspects. You may only change the canvas size and adjust 1-2 colours in the background or as an accent colour. The composition itself and the remaining colours stay the same since that's the heart of the piece. This also allows me to keep the price affordable and accessible for collectors.

Timeline

Custom pieces typically take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the current queue and size of the piece. Rush requests may be accommodated depending on my current schedule, for an additional fee.

Deposit

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your painting. This holds your spot in the queue and covers the planning and concept stage. The remaining balance is due once the painting is complete and approved by you, before shipping.

Happiness Guarantee

Don't pay your balance until you're 100% happy with your painting. If you don't like the mockup or the photos, you can change the colour choice or placement (within the customization limits) until you're happy with the final result.

Once you're happy with the painting and the photos are approved, you can pay your remaining balance. After the balance is paid and the painting is shipped, all sales are final.

Shipping

Shipping is available to Canada and the USA. Please allow 2-5 business days to package the artwork before shipping. Shipping is fully insured in case of any loss or damages. For extra security, a signature will be required upon delivery. Estimated shipping time is 4-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking info.
